Using this website
This site is informational. You can read the pages, follow the links and send a message through the contact form. I describe my work as an SEO consultant in the United States, but the pages are general information. They do not replace advice written for your own business.
Please use the site in a lawful way. Do not try to disrupt it, do not copy it to mislead visitors and do not use it to send spam.
Content and ownership
I own the content of this site. You may share a link to any page. Ask me before you reuse my text or images in your own materials, and I will tell you what is allowed.
Services and proposals
Every project starts with a conversation and a proposal. The proposal sets the scope and the deliverables before work starts, and it describes how each part is measured.
The services are summarized on the digital marketing services in the United States page, and the most common questions are answered in the SEO and web design FAQ.
Fees
Fees are set in each proposal. The cost depends on the scope of the project, so the proposal shows what is included before you decide. Nothing on these pages is a quote.
Results
I do not promise rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Search results and ad performance depend on many factors outside my control, such as search engines, competitors and your own offer. I measure the work, report what I see and suggest changes. The outcome itself is never certain.
External links
Some pages on this site link to websites I do not control. I include those links to help you, but I am not responsible for their content or their practices. Please review them before you share any personal information.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms and conditions. When I do, I will publish the new version on this page. For how I handle the information you send me, read my privacy policy.
Questions about these terms
If something in these terms is unclear, write to contact@jorsirodriguez.com or use the form on the contact an SEO consultant page. Tell me which part you have in mind and what you need, and I will answer it in plain language.
