About
Jorsi Rodríguez, SEO consultant and AI ad creator
Clear, creative, measurable.
Looking for an SEO consultant and AI ad creator? This page explains who I am and how I work. I am Jorsi Rodríguez, and I help lawyers, local businesses, and ecommerce stores get found on Google, then build the websites and ads that turn that attention into conversations. I work from Managua, Nicaragua, in English and in Spanish.

SEO & Creative Content
01
Who I am
I am an SEO consultant and creative content specialist. Search comes first in my work because a page nobody finds cannot convert, so I start with what people look for. Choose SEO consulting in the United States when your site exists but gets little traffic. Choose digital marketing services in the United States when search, web design, and ads need one plan.
Logic + Magic in four steps
A simple way to see how data and creativity work together on the same brand.
Logic: study what customers search for and where they stop.
Logic: turn those findings into a plan for the website and the content.
Magic: write and design the message so people want to take the next step.
Magic: test the ads and pages, then keep what connects with people.
02
Logic + Magic
Every brand I work on has two sides. Logic is the data: what people search for, which pages they open, and where they leave. Magic is the human part: the story, the tone, and the reason someone chooses you.
Think of logic as the map and magic as the reason to make the trip. A map alone does not move anyone, and a good reason without a route leaves people lost. I use the data to choose the route, then write the message that keeps people walking toward you.
03
Who I work with
I focus on three kinds of businesses:
- Lawyers and law firms that need the right practice area pages to rank and convince.
- Local businesses that want to be the first option in their city.
- Ecommerce stores that need product pages, collections, and ads that sell.
If your business fits one of these groups, the work is a good match. If it does not, tell me anyway, and I will say honestly if I can help.
04
How I work
Every project follows the same five steps. The details change with each business, but the order does not.
- Conversation: I learn about your business, your ideal client, and the goal you want to reach.
- Diagnosis: I review your current site and research keywords based on what people really search for.
- Proposal: You receive a clear plan with scope and deliverables, so you know what you get.
- Execution: I build or improve the pages, content, and ads that the plan defines.
- Measurement: I track what happens and adjust based on the results.
How long each step takes depends on the scope, so the proposal sets the timeline.

Real work
Ideas are easy to claim, so here is where I have applied them.
- The Cultiva case study covers a plant and gardening business in Nicaragua. The work includes a reel for Christmas planters, a Christmas gardening ad, a planting campaign, and a website with SEO content and schema.
- My SEO work for Smarty Had A Party focused on an ecommerce store on Shopify, with technical audits, content, blog posts, and collections. Ask me about it in the first conversation.
- The Christmas bear ad campaign used characters, a voiceover, and stickers to tell a seasonal story.
The ads for Cultiva and the Christmas bears campaign were made with AI.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to work with you, and what decides the price?
The cost depends on the services the project needs, how large the website or product catalog is, and how much creative production is involved. The proposal defines the scope before work begins, so you know exactly what you are paying for. The proposal sets out the scope clearly before you decide.
Which kinds of businesses do you usually work with?
I focus on lawyers and law firms, local businesses, and ecommerce stores. Each group needs a different mix of search, web design, and ads, so I adapt the plan to the business. If yours does not fit one of these groups, tell me in the first conversation.
How long does a project with you take?
There is no fixed length, because each project is different. The scope decides the timeline, and the proposal sets it before work begins. Ask me for the details in the first conversation.
How do you know if the search and content work is paying off?
The goals are set in the first conversation, and I track them with the data the project needs. I adjust pages, content, or ads based on the results.
What should I have ready for the first conversation?
Bring a short description of your business, the customers you want to reach, and your main goal for the coming months. If you already have a website, ads, or a Google listing, share those links too. You do not need a finished plan, because I build the plan with you.
When would you not be the right consultant for my business?
If you need a quick fix that a template or a plugin can handle, I am probably not the best option. I also do not fit well with businesses that expect a promised ranking or a fixed number of sales, because search results depend on many factors. I would rather say that early than take on work that cannot succeed.
Are your ads made with AI?
Yes. The ads for Cultiva and the Christmas bears campaign were made with AI. The message and the strategy behind each ad still come from my work on the brand, which is where the logic and the magic meet.
